Sodium Metasilicate Anhydrous, also known as Zero-Water Sodium Metasilicate, is an inorganic crystalline silicate powder or granular material with the chemical formula Na₂SiO₃. It is produced by high-temperature calcination and dehydration of liquid sodium silicate, resulting in a completely anhydrous internal molecular structure.
Compared with pentahydrate sodium metasilicate, this anhydrous grade features higher alkalinity, stronger emulsification for grease, lower hygroscopicity, and stable performance under high-temperature industrial conditions. It is widely used as a core raw material in heavy-duty alkaline cleaning systems and industrial processing applications.

Raw materials are based on purified quartz sand with double sedimentation filtration. Total alkalinity can be customized within 48%–54%, while insoluble residue is controlled at ≤0.06%, ensuring clean performance after application.

Anti-Caking and Low Hygroscopic Design

An inorganic anti-caking coating is applied to maintain stable powder flowability. Under sealed storage conditions, the product remains free-flowing for up to 18 months, reducing risks during long-distance transport.
